Porcelain called "opaque" (fine earthenware based on kaolin and feldspar) white with highlights of gilding. Each piece is stamped with gilding. Very good state of conservation. Cracked earthenware which gives a lot of cachet to the whole. Note: a chip in the sugar bowl, not visible once closed.
