Lovely little antique lamp base, mid-20th century, still reminiscent of the Art Deco style, or some of Jacques Adnet's productions. The base has tiers and chrome-plated metal rings, and a large glass/crystal ball adds a touch of style and allows the base to be well-weighted. The wiring is completely new except for the original socket for added authenticity. It accepts any type of bulb, including LEDs. The ring to attach the lampshade is present. Twisted fabric cord, plug, and black switch. Good condition, except for a small, rather discreet dent at the base. Base diameter: 10cm, height: 19cm. Weight: 800g.
