Direnger or Diringer, to be confirmed, because the signature is difficult to identify. It is beautifully made, it represents a woman in 1845. The work also dates from this period. A double technique, probably gouache for the collar. It is served by a pretty gilded frame with gold leaf. There is no protective glass. Attention, this work is very pitted and very damaged. We thus sell it unrestored, you have to accept the defects due to age. For the condition, note stains, foxing and scratches, a small tear in the paper. Note also wear and friction on the frame.
