Formerly billed as “the most beautiful man in the world.” Swan moved to Paris in the early 1930s. Much of his work from this period was lost as a result of the Nazi occupation of Paris. [1] His fame in the United States had faded during his stay overseas, but the war forced him to return. Unfortunately there are several major rubs and scratches including one on the hair, stains and stings as well. , we sell it as is, without protective glass. Sold uncleaned, unrestored.
