FN Herstal (Fabrique nationale Herstal), known as Fabrique nationale or simply FN, is a Belgian arms factory established in Herstal, near Liège in Belgium. The company was also a car manufacturer between 1900 and 1935 and a motorcycle manufacturer from 1901 to 1965.
FN Herstal is part of the Herstal Group whose sole shareholder is the Walloon Region. The Herstal Group also owns the American companies Repeating Arms Company (Winchester) and Browning Arms Company.
