This enameled cast iron coffee maker has no enamel skipping. It has no trademark. This coffee maker is made of enamelled sheet metal with a very pretty floral pattern underlined with green lines. The interior is marked by the color of use. The exterior is very decorative so that it can still be used and placed in a more contemporary or even country kitchen.
This coffee maker is made up of two stacked containers. You place the coffee in the upper compartment. You pour boiling water into the top of the coffee maker. The coffee brews slowly and flows into the lower container. It was from 1972 that the first plastic filter coffee machine appeared in every home.
Which could explain why the upper compartment is new on this enamelled sheet metal coffee maker. And, also that it is rather in the 80s/90s. It was therefore not used in a more traditional use.
