Superb Belgian non-commissioned officer's saber of the Civic Guard, copied from the French M1845 model, also known as the M1850. Fluted chrome-plated steel hilt. The blade is still beautiful and shiny, with some age-related marks, in its original condition. It comes with its original lanyard and baldric (VERY RARE), and the original leather tie is still present. The hilt is marked: "10". This saber is simply unique and unobtainable in this condition and so complete. A similar example can be seen in the Royal Army Museum in Brussels, very rare!!!
