Set of 6 snail dishes/plates, ceramic factories of gien (loire valley, north of france), manufacture circa 1970. They are quite heavy (480 gr/u), and have the particularity of being oven-safe ( porcelain enamel) They have twelve small wells = 12 snails and have 2 small handles to facilitate service. Yellow & honey in color, the borders and ears are enhanced with a brown glaze. Stamped: gien france porcelain. Width: 20 cm from one handle to the other, height 3 cm.
