Lot of 2 Thonet chairs No. 10 circa 1870/75 Chair No. 10 is not a common model, it was largely surpassed by No. 11 (oval medallion caned in the back) its simplicity and sobriety make it quite sought after. The front legs are brightened by a turned capital, the seat belt is trapezoidal (43cmX42cm). Seat height: 47 cm - total height 90 cm Very good condition, excellent axial symmetry. Label (1 b) and stamp under the seat. New caning with six manual threads, German cane (2.2X2.4mm), stretched and without defect. More photos and information on request.
