At first glance, I thought they were cups but given the thick rim and after research, I think they are rather mini-caquelons or mini-skillets which can go in the oven for onion soups. example.
They can also be used as sugar bowls or cups for an aperitif.
They are signed but difficult to decipher.
Pretty green color tending to yellow depending on the lighting outside and white inside.
