Authentic directoire style woodwork, complete, with very contemporary straight lines embellished with its pilasters and Corinthian decorations completing its elegant and refined appearance! Fully cleaned, ready to install!
Beautiful woodwork measuring 447.5cm wide by 246.5cm high, with its uprights decorated with pilasters,
composed of a pair of doors on the left, its Louis Philippe mirror in the center and a pair of cupboard doors on the right modified in the first half of the 20th century and mounted as sliding doors.
The white wooden set is covered with light gray paint, flaking in places.
This woodwork is topped by its cornice with its recess at the level of the mirror which gives it its volume, just like its pilasters.
The doors are paneled and molded. The pair on the left closed with a lock (we do not have the key), it is decorated with a false frame pilaster, these doors are fixed by hinges on their upright.
The sculpted stucco parts, in Corinthian style, are all present, despite tiny gaps.
The mirror itself has minimal defects: scratches, stains, it is in very good condition! The horizontal board underneath replaced the old fireplace tray which fitted into the studs on either side.
The original right-hand doors were certainly modified in the first half of the 20th century, and adapted into sliding doors, the bearing systems appear at the bottom of certain photos: they are placed in metal slides (inserted in the crossbar low) for proper operation of the door sliding.
The very classic style doors, from the end of the 18th century, beginning of the 19th century, elegant in their dimensions, give a slender effect to this large woodwork.
Dimensions: height: 246.5cm high, total width: 447.5cm. The pair of doors on the left measures 164cm wide, the one on the right 173cm. The part with the mirror measures 110.5cm wide and 150.5cm high.
Total weight: approximately 155kg
