18TH CLOCK GOLD BRONZE ORANGE IN VERSAILLES ROMAN ALLEGORY FLAG E612 This clock is from the 18th century. It's a representation with Roman allegories on the bottom, helmet, weapons, shield, flags on the top. Everything is in gilded bronze. The dial bears the inscription "Orange at Versailles", it is a large original enamel screen. We have not done any test on the mechanism, it is sold untested, unrevised. We point out that the hands are missing on the dial as well as the glass pane on the front door. There are quite a few stains on the clock, friction and wear. Note scratches and micro-scratches. The marble is a little damaged and stained. One of the elements of the decor (6th photo) moves a lot and is not fixed, however it remains attached to the pendulum.
